We are aware of an issue where Chrome makes multiple Profiles and asks users to login multiple times. This guide will provide you with details of how to stop this issue.

  1. Open Chrome web browser and click the profiles option a drop down menu will appear.
  2. Click the gear Icon at the bottom where Other Profiles are shown. This will show all the profiles on the logged in account. At the side of each profile there is 3 dots. Click on these and delete all the profiles until you only have one left called “Person 1”.
  3. Click on person one and go to Google. When at Google click on Mail and then sign into your @brigshawtrust email account.
  4. Once you have signed in you may see a prompt like the one below, if you do tick the box at the bottom and click on continue.
  5. Click on the profile tab again at the top and choose turn on sync.  Then when prompted click the “Yes, I’m in” button.
