Viewing Music/Garageband and User Folders on the updated Macs
1. Open Finder Preferences.
Open Finder from the Dock or click in an empty area of the desktop so that “Finder” shows on the top bar next to the apple icon.
Click on “Finder” then on “Preferences…”
2. Select Folders To Show
In the “Finder Preferences” window, click on Sidebar at the top, then ensure that there is a tick next to “Music” and their username (the home icon) in this example “wbeacroft”.
Close the “Finder Preferences” window, and now these folders will show in the sidebar on finder.
